The
tool room at EQIC is one of the best equipped in the continent,
with world class machines built by technology driven companies
such as Deckle Maho, Germany; Makino, Singapore (Japan); Yeongchin,
Taiwan; WMW, Germany; TAS, Czechoslovakia and by the best Indian
machine tool builders like HMT, Praga, ACE Designers and Kirloskar.
All the CNC machines are under one roof and are operated in
a centrally air-conditioned workshop to deliver and maintain
consistent accuracy. The world class tooling, supplied and supported
by SANDVIK, SECO, ISCAR, SGS arid regular calibration of all
the machines with a Laser Interferometer also help us maintain
the consistency.
The core strength of the tool room is a team of committed professionals,
with enviable profile in high precision jobs. The Engineers,
Programmers and other Technicians are trained to follow the
best practices in the industry through our training wing, the
EQIC Institute of Technology. We have always upheld the twin
precepts of training and rewarding, to motivate and retain the
