The measure of client satisfaction, audit results, process deviations, trends of processes and products are systematically analysed to plan, initiate and implement appropriate action at regular intervals.

All our products are verified and certified by our Quality Assurance Department are approved by customer prior to dispatch.

All the measuring and testing equipment at EQIC are regularly calibrated through third party by internal calibration cell.
