At EQIC Group company Tyche Die Cast, we are fully equipped and geared to supply components made of Aluminum and Zinc to the automobile, electrical and appliance industries. Our pressure die casting machines comprises of 120 to 420 tons capacity supplied by Zitai - Taiwan make and HMT Buhler - Indian make. The accuracy and criticality of components, in terms of pressure tightness and porosity is nothing short of the highest.

We are also equipped with Centralized Alloy Melting system, Trim Presses, Shot Blasting, Vibro Finishing, Powder Coating and CNC Machining facilities like CNC Turning, CNC Milling. We also have a team of professionals to develope special purpose machines and tooling for high volume fully machined die cast parts requirements.

Our die casting facility is certified to ISO / TS 16949 - 2002 and ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management Systems and we are 100 PPM certified supplier to M/s. Lucas TVS Limited.

Currently our die cast parts are exported to USA and Italy.
