The mold bases at EQIC range from 100 mm x 100mm to 1400 mm x 2500 mm large and up to a maximum weight of 20 tons. The machining center at EQIC can carry a single block of size 1400 mm x 2500 mm with a maximum weight of 6000 kg. For custom mold bases we can use the right material required by the clients. EQIC is also equipped to carry out specialized machining operations like Pockets, Side Core Pockets, Angle Heel Locking, Angle Pinholes, other value added services as per the die / mould design of customer, etc.

To submit a commercial offer, all that is required from the client is an assembly drawing of the mold base. And the offer is usually submitted within 4 - 5 hours. The finished mold bases are dispatched to the client along with the Quality Assurance Report.
