Overview of proposed die casting facilities

 

The following new facilities are being added by Tyche Die Cast:
  • Construction for State of the art new premises with total built up area of 35,000 SFT for integrated Die casting and machining facilities is in progress and expected to complete by September 2007.
  • 250T- Zitai Make PDC Machine with Auto laddle, Auto Spray and Auto part pick up with real time controls-2Nos expected by September 2007.
  • 420T- Zitai Make PDC Machine with Auto laddle, Auto Spray and Auto part pick up with real time controls-2Nos expected by September 2007.

The Following Machines will be added by Eqic Dies:

  • Makino-Japan make High speed Vertical Machining centre model-S56 for Moulds & Dies Division before January -2008.
  • §Yeong chin-Taiwan make Vertical machining centre of size-1650mmx850mmx750mm will be added by January -2008 for Tooling Division.
  • Perfect –Taiwan make surface grinding machine of size-1500mmx750mmx500mm will be added by January -2008 for Tooling division.
  • Perfect –Taiwan make surface grinding machine of size-2000mmx1000mmx600mm will be added by expected by September 2007 for Mould Base Division
